Why Use a Portable Filler?

If your candle jar production line is somewhat mobile, or you are used to producing in relatively small batches, a portable filler might be the best option for your space. In addition to being able to be moved around, portable molten filling machines also have a smaller tank for molten wax than stationary/permanent machines. The portable molten filling machine from E-PAK Machinery has a tank that holds 40 gallons of neutral wax, and the dye/fragrance is stored in a tank on the top of the machine—the wax and dye/fragrance are mixed together in the hand-held wand dispenser. Because of the small tank and the fact that the dye and fragrance are kept separate from the wax, the portable machine allows for quick changeover from one product to the next.
