  • Wiring the Float to the cable from the control panel. Black is Common, Red is Main Float (Bottom), Clear is the Backup Float (TOP), Green is Ground

Float, Poly Assembly

Used on corrosive resistant filling machines for reservoir level control. The dual acting float control provides a back-up safety to reduce the possibility of over-fill.

The lower float is the main float, and the upper float is the back-up float. 

4 wires, 2 per float.

Wiring

The 2 straight wires are to the Top (Main) Float.  The 2 knotted wires are to the Bottom (Backup) Float. (See pic #3)

1 wire from each float gets wire to the black wire.  (See pic #5)

The main float gets wired to the red wire.  (See pic #5)

The backup float gets wired to the clear wire.  (See pic #5)
