E-PAK’s Automatic, Semi-Automatic and Snap Capper Completion Units are very robust and versatile machines that are able to sort and place a wide range of snap-on/ press-on caps.

The appropriate gripping belts guide the container securely through the completion unit where a press down belt snaps the caps into place. The Snap Capper has a power height adjustment to accommodate containers between 2” and 14” high and the unit can be adjusted to place caps with diameters between 10mm and 110mm. The press down belt and gripper belts are independently adjustable to increase container stability and the operator’s ability to control the capping process.
