E-PAK's Automatic Wick Inserter has been designed with simplicity in mind. It is extremely quiet and safe, as well as easy to use. The operator simply loads the bulk containers onto the in-feed table and the wick-clip assemblies into the bulk pre-staging section.
When the machine is loaded, the operator presses the start button and the inserter precisely glues a perfectly centered wick-clipassembly simultaneously into all eight containers. Routine maintenance is limited to keeping the glue hopper filled, and changeover to a new container size takes less than one minute, without any additional tools being required.
The Automatic Wick Inserter uses a variety of common container shapes (round, square, hex, etc.). Standard container diameters range from 2” up to 4.5” with a maximum height of 6 1/8”. The machine is designed to use pre-made wick-clip assemblies with your choice of any barrel height and wick type.
