Hand-Held Chuck Capper

E-PAK offers Hand-Held Chuck Cappers which provide a simple, cost effective solution for applying or removing screw caps to plastic, metal and glass containers. These convenient cappers feature industrial-grade pneumatic or electric drives. The torque is set by using an easy-to-set dial on the driver. A variety of chuck sizes are available to accommodate a wide range of cap sizes so that one unit can be used for a full range of chucks. A selection of soft rubber inserts are available to ensure that screw caps are applied with the correct application torque but without scuffing or damaging the cap. Optional stands that retract the hand-held capper to the home position are available, which minimizes operator fatigue and maximizes productivity.
