E-PAK’s newly designed Molten Product Gravity Filler can fill a wide range of products and handle a wide variety of container sizes and shapes. Applications include candles, deodorant, petroleum jelly, lip balm, shoe polish, glycerin soaps and many others.
The fill heads are adjustable to accommodate a wide range of container sizes. Accurate and consistent filling is achieved using PLC controlled bottle movement and fill control. Its compact design requires minimal floor space and operates more efficiently, and the robust stainless steel construction provides years of durability.
E-PAK’s self-contained heating system, PLC operator controls, anti-drip / anti-foam nozzles, and independent heating controls are only just a few reasons why this Molten Filler stands above the competition.
